What You'll Do:
- Support lead teachers by assisting with activities aligned with Primrose Balanced Learning® across all preschool age ranges
- Ensure daily supervision, safety, and developmental support for children
- Maintain a welcoming and nurturing classroom environment
- Assist with child assessments and daily routines
- Adhere to Primrose curriculum and policies
- Collaborate with teachers and leadership for continuous improvement
We’re Looking For:
- Enthusiastic, nurturing, growth-minded educators
- Preferred: 1+ year experience in Early Childhood Education or Childcare
- CPR and CDA Certification (preferred)
- Flexibility and passion for teaching young children
- Must pass Colorado Background Check & Trails
