Pay: $19 - $24/hr (Based on Experience & Qualifications)

What You'll Do:
- Plan engaging, developmentally appropriate activities aligned with Primrose Balanced Learning® tailored for 3-4 yr old children
- Ensure daily supervision, safety, and developmental support for preschool children
- Maintain a welcoming, nurturing classroom environment
- Conduct parent-teacher conferences & child assessments
- Adhere to Primrose curriculum and policies
- Collaborate with leadership for continuous improvement
We’re Looking For:
- Enthusiastic, growth-minded educators
- Lead Teacher qualified (Colorado ECT Certification required)
- Preferred: 1+ year experience in Early Childhood Education or Childcare, specifically with 3 - 4 yr aged children
- Flexibility and passion for teaching young children
- Must pass Colorado Background Check & Trails
